The designer did not send me the files an Logos at all

Hello Support,

 

The Designer answers not my messages since I payed. and I ddint get my logos.

I payed the logos as requested and made a good rating.

Since I payed he is not any mor contactable and did not send me the files.

 

Pleas help, cause I need it.
