Surname change
Hello,
Thanks for your email letting me know my Withdrawal Account has not been approved as it is under a different surname to my user name.
I have my Bank account and my AADHAAR card in the name of TANIA KUNDU, but my PAN card is in the name of TANIA KUNDU SENGUPTA where SENGUPTA is my maiden surname. I have already sent all the above documents to you along with the screenshot of my PayPal account on Nov 1,2017 at 4:56 PM. All my documents prove that TANIA KUNDU and TANIA KUNDU SENGUPTA is the same person. My PAN card and AADHAAR card are also linked with my bank account. But you have rejected my PayPal account due to this mismatch of surname. Hence, I can not raise my invoice to claim my payment.
Please help me to sort out this problem as soon as possible with my Withdrawal Account and let me raise my invoice.
I am sending you all the same documents by which my PayPal account is made.
