Paid $8 For nothing !

i was place order and PPH charge $5 fee for my Order i paid $45 ..but when seller cancel my Order and they refund my amount i received $36 ....receive nothing and i pay $8 only for Fee what is this why i didn't received my full amount !

  it's the cancellation fee, if it's 100% seller's fault, it will be refunded, read the terms page :
