    Possibly, the reason for the delay in response was due to the Bank Holiday in the UK.

    Your case was escalated to the Senior Advisers and you have been receiving almost instant replies ever since and I covered every part of your issues, including the fact that the original issue was nothing to do with PPH,but your card issuer.
