I have decided i no longer wish to work with the seller as she is not giving me what i ask. half the money is in eskrow. What do i do? Do I have to pay the full amount? Do I get a refund? How does this work?

  Hi Jen, many thanks for your message. You can request a refund and state why you are asking for the refund within the workstream with the seller. Once the seller has accepted the refund you will be refunded the money from escrow.
