How can i change my Payoneer account??

i want to change my Payoneer Account , i want remove my Previous payoneer account and add another one

  Hi Shaban,

  You should be able to do this in your payments setting tab on your profile.

  Please let me know if I can help with anything else.

  I tried many times but in my payment setting my previous payoneer account is not active and i'm unable to remove my account , i want to add my new active account of payoneer so please help me if you can?
