My Buyer did not complete the balance
I need advice with regards to a situation I have found myself in with a Buyer.
I have completed the work outlined in the Proposal, which the buyer has accepted, and the work outlined has been further clarified on the work stream.
She's paid the deposit in escrow which is about 50% of the payment. I've completed the job and request deposit to escrow and having raised my invoice, the Buyer has now hit and run, and she didn't complete the balance of the payment. I've waited, message her but she's did not give any response.
I've seen her account latest online in 24 october. it's been almost 6 months since the job completed, and I'm surely getting worry.
Is any policy from Peopleperhour regarding to this case? or can I report her?
A fast response would be appreciated.

Hi Hasti,
This sounds like we have to escalate this case to our customer support handlers that deal with buyer/seller disputes to better understand why the client 'hit and run' I hope you get your money or a resolution is found.
