Allow reorganizing sequence of hourly add-ons

Say you've got a dozen hourly add-ons, all logically grouped.
Say you'd like to insert a new add-on after the first one, to keep the add-on grouping logical.

Right now, the only way to achieve that is to delete all add-ons below that first one, add the new add-on and re-enter all previously removed add-ons one by one.

All the hassle could be avoided if some means were added that allowed to reorganize the add-on sequence.

For example, select an add-on, and press a move up or move down button.
