Buyer accepts proposal for one feature and now want to complete whole project in that proposed amount.

Buyer mentioned whole project requirements and after that ask to create one feature and after creating a proposal and he accepted the same and now want whole project to be completed with same hourlie amount which is not possible.

He is not even canceling the project and is not replying to my message where I have asked him to agree on the total amount of project.
