paid and then person removed

i looked for somebody to do reviews for my company, i found a gentleman called James who quoted me, he emailed me further details and i made the payment, the gentleman never delivered and kept promising to do the reviews but have now been removed from PPH 

i made the payment directly through Paypal to his request and followed everything asked but no work was completed.

  We always recommend that you only pay invoices and release funds from the protection of Escrow when you are happy with the work delivered; that is the purpose of the Escrow facility. I have opened a ticket for you so that you can share the seller's details with our team and they can try and assist you.
