Withdrawal Not Showing Any Status
I requested a withdrawal two days ago, and previously it showed as "pending" but now it's not showing as either pending or approved - it simply says withdrawal from PPH account, so I'm confused as to what's going on.
My bank account was verified months ago and I've been able to withdraw funds without issue before.
I'd really appreciate if someone could get back to me regarding this - especially since PPH have no issues taking their fee.

Hi Sarah,
On my screen it still shows as pending withdrawal for invoices W586920 & W586975, depending on your bank/banking method it can take 3 days and sometimes more if you live and bank outside the UK. Please be patient and it will be patient.

I'm afraid on my screen it's not showing anything - it was previously pending, but now it's not saying anything.
I also don't understand why they're still pending, when typically they're approved within 1 day. I've used the same bank account before, so this shouldn't be making any difference.
However, I do appreciate that you actually replied to me, since I've been trying to get a response from all over for days.
