How to open a Dispute for a refund ?

Hi, 

 

I want to know that how should I open up a dispute for a job that I allotted to a seller? 

 

Would appreciate your help.

  Many thanks for your message.

  Please go to the workstream with the seller, scroll to your text box where you would send your seller a message. Above the text box you will see a list of options including ‘More’. Click that and select ‘Request Refund’.

  There is 0 funds in the escrow so it won't let me request a refund?
