Profile Acceptance Problem

I am receiving mails that my profile has accepted and when i log into my account, it says re-submit seller application.

  I believe you are verified now, however if you are having further issues using our site then please contact the support team using the 'contact us' button within your profile.

  Ok as I've just said to support  , My account has finally been accepted after numerous profile picture changes  , now I've logged back into my account , it wants me to change the picture ... YET AGAIN .... each picture is of me  , not some random guy off the street  , However when I go to make the changes .... AGAIN .....  it reverts back to the profile picture you declined  , so how on earth am I meant to make these changes when you wont let me ?????????? I'm no expert on your system , but in my eyes it's flawed . Please can I get this sorted out so I can make head way with my business .
