I'm being Scammed by a freelancer and I've been waiting for Support to get back to me for 3 Days
Anybody know if these guys have a contact number or something? I need this resolved ASAP.

You are awaiting a response from customer support, there is presently a large backlog of support tickets, if you are patient it will be responded to ASAP. I understand your concerns, but rest assured we are doing everything we can to look into every matter as urgently as possible.
I have looked into your specific request/stream and see you have a dispute with Patrick. Make sure everything (evidence) is logged within the workstream and nothing is left out of the workstream, therefore there is a swift resolution to your issue when support comes along.

This whole ordeal has been ludicrous, i'm very happy to say that i'm never using this platform again. Freelancers with no background checks opening scamming legitimate sellers, who is keeping these people in check?
I'm not surprised that you're all busy, this unchecked behavior is probably rampant with nobody around to sort out these issues.

I agreed PPH customer service is very poor at the moment. I have been waiting 48 hours to get a reply. I order a gig from a PPH seller. He then said I ordered the wrong one and wanted to charge me double.
I asked him to cancel my order and he refused saying it will affect his PPH ratings. I contacted PPH 48 hours ago requesting if they could refund my payment that I had deposited in their escrow. I am still waiting for PPH reply.
I also use Fiverr and Odesk and I never came across this problem. I am considering going back to Fiverr because they have a better customer support than PPH
