    I cannot see your documents, however I believe this to be a problem on my side rather than you not uploading them correctly. I have contacted the payments team to get this expedited for you.

    Thanks for your response, but my account is still showing as Pending, so I still can't raise an invoice. Can you advise please.

    To add, I keep getting emails from yourselves asking if the money should be refunded to the buyer for the work I did. I cannot invoice without this being resolved and am being told that the money will be automatically refunded next month.
