Hello I am new to PPH and I thought I could pay the person by releasing funds to the escrow but I have over paid it how do I take 100 Euro out of the escrow deposit ?

  Hi Grace,

  The seller should only invoice you for the amount that they have worked/agreed with you. Anything that is then left over should then go back into your wallet once you have claimed it back.

  Hi Kelly!

  A seller accidentally made an over payment in the escrow and now, the remaining funds are lying there. I want to refund the amount but it says that it might affect my ranking.

  What should I do?
