Refund to my Credit Card
Good morning:
I am requesting a refund to my credit card. I have a job posted and initially the first freelancer never answered and the second one could not finish the job and she also refunded me the deposit. Please deposit that refund in my credit card, as soon as possible. I will not be using this service any further. Thank you.

Hi Ileana,
To request a refund you need to go to the workstream with the seller, scroll to your text box where you would send your seller a message. Above the text box you will see a list of options including ‘More’. Click that and select ‘Request Refund’. It will be refunded once the seller agreees to it - or automatically within 3 days.
