Featured Hourlie

Today i have featured my hourlie but it is still showing in inner category on end of 2nd page where there is near to no chance of visibility. People who have featured before me are still on first page but i am not. What's the use of featuring then when it doesn't get visibility. It often happens so. I have wasted a lot of money in these and if it doesn't show up on first page then i'l never feature again and keep wasting my money. This is not at all fair to take money for featured and still displaying in some nook and corner where no buyer is going to enter. Even without featured it can stay there then why do i need to pay $15 every week o every three days to feature???

    I can confirm that your Hourlie is featured and can be seen as featured to prospective Buyers. 

    Please note that when your Hourlie is featured it appears in several positions as a Featured Hourlie depending on what listings view the Buyer is looking at. For example if they are looking at the default PPH Mix listings which is the first page you come to when you first go to view Hourlies, or if they have drilled in to view Hourlies in a particular category (such as Web Development) or if they have performed a search. In each case there are 3 Featured Hourlie positions at the very top of the listings page where the three latest Featured Hourlies are displayed relevant to that view. In addition even if your Hourlie is not appearing in the top 3 slots on a particular view, it will still be clearly flagged and prominent in the results listed below the three top slots.

    It is no longer in the top 3 slots on the initial default listings page, because more Hourlies after yours have now been featured, but don't worry you still have higher visibility when your Featured Hourlie appears in relevant search results, and also when a Buyer goes to your category.
