I just logged in after some time as I would like to use the service again. Then I can see an admin fee is being charged for 'holding funds' for me. What is this and what funds are you holding for me?

  Same thing that happened to me today! What is all about? And where did you  take the money from as I didn't have any money on the PPH account??

  I was not aware of any holding fees. Can you please explain?

  I also have complaint as I have just started using the PPH

  1. I got my first JOB and PPH charged me 20% of the amount that I quoted to client.
  
  2. I am not able to withdraw funds to my account as there seems to be some limitation. Moreover , It shows me that $29 are going to be charged for international withdrawals. That is ridiculous. I got 100 from the client , PPH took 20 out of that and no another $29 or so for the withdrawal. This is injustice to the freelancer.
  
  3. I suggest that there should be telephone customer care available.
  
  4. I am afraid that you will charge something for holding the funds.
