Price Caps put on on £, ££, £££ to help Sellers
I've used this site for years and have noticed in the last year that there is a huge amount of under-cutting that goes on on this site. You have Buyers who put up £10 logo design jobs and then another Buyer who pays from £400 upwards for logo/brand identity.
To help Sellers out - why don't you start to cap the price brackets so everyone knows where they stand and in turn makes the process more time and cost effective for both parties - so for example if a Buyer wants to pay £10 - £50 for a logo they have to select £. If a Buyer wants to spend £100-£300 they have to selected ££ and £400 plus they select £££. This would save sellers having to waste their time writing a thought-out and considered proposal on a job where the Buyer has selected £££ and then accepts a £10 proposal. How many times do you see under a project, What's Your Budget? and What's Your Budget? - this would also eliminate that.
I sometimes think PPH focus more on Buyers than Sellers in terms of ease of use on this site. And by the way you can spot a £10 logo a mile-off.
