    Hi Michalis,

Your invoices are within your payments section of your profile. Use the drop down menu and click payments and then invoices. You can use these for tax purposes. You can also edit them for any fees/charges you may incur for withdrawals etc.

Please let me know if I can help with anything else.

    Hello Kelly,

    Thank you for your reply.

What I can find in the "Payments" drop down menu, and then "Invoices" section, is the invoice that was sent to my client (which doesn't even have my client's tax details), and not any invoices related to PPH.

    What I need is:

    1. PPH's tax details and contact information so I can send them an invoice regarding the money PPH paid me regarding the job I did for my client.

    2. PPH's invoice for the fees I paid to PPH for that project (the 20% for the first 600 EUR and the 5% for the remaining amount)

Could you also explain to me what you mean by "edit them" for withdrawal fees? Are you refering to the £1.99 withdrawal fee? And how would I edit the invoice raised for my client to describe my withdrawal fees?

    Thank you in advance.

    Kind regards,

    Michalis

I am very sorry Michalis, but I still don't quite understand what you mean, at this point I have raised a ticket for you and someone will email you soon regarding your issue.

In terms of editing the document you can use a PDF editor to edit the invoice, including the withdrawal fee and any charges such as the 20%. I would seek advice from your accountant whether it should show up on that invoice, as the charge is relating to that work, or a separate one to PPH.

Thank you for raising a ticket for me Kelly, I appreciate it.

In the meanwhile I'm happy to clarify any points you might not understand.

    Kind regards,

    Michalis
