Requested for withdrawal but still pending

Hello,

I have requested withdrawal on Saturday December 09, 2017 at 03.21 AM UK time.

Now it is 09.25 PM, Sunday December 10, 2017.

Still pending. Not sure why. I never faced any delay like that.

  Hi Ali,

  You are requesting money when the UK banks are closed... and the PPH payments processing team are shut. Hence your payments are processed the next working day i.e. Monday 11th December. Unless it is an international bank transfer you will probably receive the funds today or at the very latest tomorrow morning. I advise you to request withdrawals before 12pm GMT any working day (Mon-Fri) to receive funds as soon as possible.

  Yes. I just received it now. I have understand it now. I thought Friday and Saturday are closed. Sorry for my mistake.
