getting money from escrow

I have money in escrow following person only doing half the job and therefore not taking out the whole amount. Please let me know how to retrieve these funds so I can pay for new job

  Thank you for your message.
  
  To get your extra funds back from escrow, you need to raise "refund request" and the request can be found at the bottom of the workstream under the “More” option tab.
  
  Once you raise the request, the seller will be notified to take action on it and upon his approval the funds will be released from escrow to your wallet then you can use them on the site to find another seller who can finish your Job.
