Transaction Fees Invoice

How do I obtain invoices and receipts for processing fees? You charged £5.10 transaction fee and on the invoice there is nothing to this effect.

  If you want to see fees only, from the the dropdown list select fees :

  

   

  Then Click on " PPH Service Fee for Invoice #XXX related to Job XXX" will open in PDF

  Then Click on " PPH Service Fee" PDF will open in a new tab

  Hi, I'm trying the same thing but only getting to option to open as a XLS spreadsheet and not a PDF? Please advise?
