payoneer account verified but no withdraw

hi my payoneer account has been verified but when i try to withdraw my funds it says you need to have a account for withdraw can you please solve this matter

  We need at least 7 working days to verify your documents, so would request you to please be patient however we will try to get them verified as soon as possible. You won't get notified, however when you check your withdrawal accounts, it will appear as approved from us.
