Withdrawal rejected

Hi,

 

I have been a client of yours for some months now and I requested a withdrawal yesterday to Paypal of the money that I have earned on my last project.... To my surprise I see that your "ninjas" have rejected it (despite it being approved) stating that I am missing documentation....

Why has this documentation never been requested before? I don´t think it is very fair that you just request a payout without even advising the freelancer first but from all the complaints I see I am not the only one....

 

Does this mean that PPH is going to run away with our money??

  lol you are crying for your own documents and payout iam facing problem that my invoice is rejected bcs my client/buyer is not verified. lol imagine you work for some one and he put money in escrow and then pay full amount after work done, but you dont get paid bcs that buyer is not verified, 

  i dont understand why they do this, if any new buyer comes to the website they must get verified first and then they can post and accept any proposal.

  thank God my client come back and update me that he send all documents that they ask to get verified in some cases if that buyer dont reply then who will pay or get that money.

  I´m not crying for my own documents, just stating my fact (as you have done previously I see)...

   

  A friend of mine has had the same thing happen as you and PPH have been ignoring him....
