Verification of new withdrawal account

Dear PPH Team,

I am created new Paypal account and i got the Verification mail on my inbox, But its redirect a page and its showing "OOPS!..." msg on when i click the VERIFY ACCOUNT Button. 

How can i rectify and activate my PayPal Account?

and

My Previous Account was still Pending the approval. when you check and activate my problems.

Kindly help me to solve my problem as soon as possible.
