My Payoneer withdrawal has not been done

I did withdraw the payment on 7th July and later that returned back to my a/c again. I have withdrawn the payment again today let's see when it's being credited to my payoneer a/c. Why the first time it was not being credited. Is there any issue?

    We need at least 7 working days to verify them, so would request you to please be patient however we will try to get them verified as soon as possible. You won't get notified, however when you check your withdrawal accounts, it will appear as approved from us.
