A seller has quit the job.
We are new in PPH and reading the different posts we realise that many of the problems arise be cause PPH does not interfere drastically.
I am signing a contract now with a seller and I want to secure that he will not delay and he will not quit the job.
1. I ask 50 daily for any day of delay
2. I ask full money BACK (including the commission) of the PPH if the seller quits and disappear.
So what is the responsibility of PPH on the above and how can these two critical issues be secured??
