Cannot Buy Proposal Credits from Visa Debit Card

Hi

I do not have any free proposal credits so i am  trying to buy proposal credits from my visa debit card but it is not working every time i enter details of my visa debit card it shows error. So my question is that is it possible to buy proposal credits from visa debit card ? Please help me out.

  You can pay for proposal credits using a visa debit card.
