Insufficient Information from Buyers

I am finding it extremely frustrating that Buyers can post jobs with so little information that it makes it difficult to place a bid for it. Basic information like the location of a job which is pretty fundamental for a Photographer. 

Why does PPH not give Buyers a list of question that need to be answered before a job can be posted? Bidvine do this and it means that I can instantly decide whether it is worth me bidding the job.

PPH - please address this.
