I added payoneer card. it is approved. but still i cant withdraw

i added payoneer crd with currency USD. it is approved. but it is not asking me to provide any documents. also, a client approved an invoice 2 days ago, and peopleperhour rejected it saying this:

PPH ADMIN - We would like to inform you that both your PPH accounts remain unverified. Therefore we are unable to release this invoice payment to the Seller. Both users are kindly asked to login to their PPH account and follow this link in order to provide the proper documents to have their account verified: https://www.peopleperhour.com/settings/idDocuments?autoOpen=1. Thank you

i provided my passport and driving liscence. driving liscence has address. i live in a joint family system with my parents and all bills are on the name of my father. i am a student. please let me know how to prove my adddress?
