Paypal verification email link invalid

My payment used to be verified by Paypal. All of a sudden it was changed to pending. I deleted it and tried to re-verify it. And I am having issues being sent a working email link to verify my account. Can this be looked at urgently please.

  Hi I am still waiting for a response. My funds are needed urgently and there is no contact number I can to speak to regarding the issue.  I have clicked the button which says resend paypal verification link more than 5 times and I still have not received the email yet.

  Hi Greg,

  This is the information we have received from our payments team:

  Right now, there are 2 issues that don't permit the automatic verification of your PayPal account:
  
  

  • First and last name are different in PPH. They should match your PayPal's account names. This must change
  • The email of your PayPal account is different than the one you have given PPH. It must be verified

  
  Apart from this email, I have sent you another, with details on the required documentation, as well as the link to upload them. After you do that, please contact me again, through this ticket, in order to make the appropriate changes to your name in PPH (provided that it is the same with the one on the government ID you will upload).
  
  Regarding your previous status as Approved in Paypal, and the change in Pending, that was the result of our regular security checks, which revealed those discrepancies. Nothing to worry about though, as long as you upload the necessary documents, you will get Approved again in a fortnight.
  
  I am at your disposal for more information and clarifications.
