hey there,

Greetings!!!

I have a question that I have completed one task and buyer has also deposited the amount to Escrow and it is reflecting in "My Seller Escrow" but its still asking for request deposit.

So please suggest what to do?

  Hi Rupaibabu,

  If you are asking how you should receive that money you simply raise an invoice when you and your buyer/client are happy that you have completed the work for that project or part of the project.

  To raise an invoice, you have to go to the workstream that you want to get paid for and at the bottom left hand side of the screen next to the text box at the bottom of the workstream, you will find the button to "Raise Invoice". and fill out the invoice form and click 'send'.

  same situation, but i cant have an invoice form..what to do now?
