Withdrawing funds

I withdrew £ in my paypal yesterday around 9pm.. How long will it take to reflect my money in paypal? 

Do paypal accept payment for sterling pounds?

  Thank you for your message.

  We need at least 3 working days, so would request you to please be patient however we will try to get the funds to you as soon as possible. You won't get notified, however when you check your withdrawal accounts, it will appear as approved from us.

  Each time I tried to withdraw fund into my paybal account . Nothing happes and money is back after notifying me that the process is succeed and you will inform me after sending the money . I am wondering what's going on :D !!
