Why my paypal account is still pending?

Its been a long time I save my paypal with relevant things you asked. Yet it is still on pending why it so? I can't withdraw my fund. I seen many posts about this yet you people are not taking seriously and unless and until we raise the issue you will not solve. I am having a very bad experience with PPH. If you wont solve my issues within 24hrs irrespective of holiday or working day, just take note you can close your business in entire Asia. I can make that happen. Mind it.
