My client wants to pay deposit but he can't and get the attached image while he has already paid thru bank account??

Hi

My client Patrick wants to pay the deposit and while he paid with bank account to PPH but can't pay the deposit to me and get this message you see attached.

Why your system is so complicated? I missed some client for this reason or I have to take them out of your website? since the client got angry with me
?

Please advice.
