Thank you for your message. I have opened a ticket to see if there is anything we can do in this instance. We are sorry for the inconvenience this must have caused.

We always recommend that you only pay invoices and release funds from the protection of Escrow through PeoplePerHour when you are happy with the work delivered; that is the purpose of the Escrow facility. Log all activity within your worksttream with the buyer/seller. Please discuss with the seller about this, if he doesn't agree to this then you may cancel it and hire another freelancer.

    Hope this helps.

Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.

Charge back, Skrill have no money protection as Paypal, but try to contact them may be they can help if these transactions are recent.

If you use PPH you agree to terms that projects should be conducted via PPH only, including communication and payments, never pay for anything until delivery and acceptance, never pay outside PPH.

One sec did you deposit money on PPH or paid the guy via Skrill.

Skrill has nothing to do with PPH it's a payment processor similar to Paypal and many others.

Skrill has no payment protection to my knowledge, so better to call you bank / card issuer and do the charge back , the best is to say that you did not authorize these transactions.

You can also call Skrill, may be, may be they can do sth.
