Exorbitant Buyers Fees

I haven't used this site for several months and I have just tried to pay for a job and discovered the outrageous buyers fees!! Close to £40.00 for a £300 job! Didn't pay - now considering another site or just having it done mainstream as being fleeced like that just makes the blood boil. So sick of all these rip off merchants - just offer a good service at a fair price!

  totally agree. this is getting beyond a joke. I even got charged an extortonate amount when a job was completed cheaper than planned. ]

  so got charged by paypal paying in.

  charged by pph depositing

  charged by pph for refund

  charged by paypal to release funds to my bank

  I don't shit money!!

  I have tagged Mohammed's post as 'official' as that post takes you to the most official comment I have ever seen on this issue from PPH/customer support. If I ever get any further updates I will let you know.
