need a button while managing an open job to decline all non-accepted proposals

I had a recent job where i had accepted someone, but then had to go through and decline each of the remaining 25 proposals manually. 

This is strange because in an EARLIER job which I accepted someone, it allowed me with a tick box to automatically decline the rest. But i haven't seen that tick box since..
