invoice incorrect

The hourlie cost £35 and invoice shows I paid £35 but in actual fact after fees the amount came to £39.10. Not only is this a hidden cost but I can't reconcile the expense as its over 10% difference!

  Hi,

   

  Ok I understand your fees but I need an accurate invoice IE one that matches what ive actually paid!!!

   

  Please provide me an invoice where the amount matches what ive paid seeing as thats what came out of my account.

   

  I can't believe I am the only person requesting this.
