Accidentally Sent Money to PPH Instead of Withdrawing It and now they won't give me back my 10% of my transaction.
I accidentally deposited money to PPH instead of withdrawing it. I asked for a refund for this from PPH. The full amount for this transaction was not refunded. I sent $213.38 and only $193.44 is showing as refunded.
Please take care of this as soon as possible. There is no reason for PPH to withhold $20.04 from my refund given that this was an unintended deposit.
Please do not send me another canon or automated response. I've seen MANY people complain about this already and will gladly move my freelancing services to UpWork or CloudPeeps if this isn't taken care of. I will also tell all my friends who have been recommended PPH via an online course of this ridiculous non-refundable percentage and recommend they also take their services elsewhere.
I understand that processing and services fees are often non-refundable, but those are usually service fees that are 3%. This additional 7% you have charged and refused to refund me is far too high, especially given that every single one of my sales has a charge this high. This means that for every deposit someone makes, you are receiving over 20% of the actual transaction total when considering both the person depositing and the person withdrawing.
I have seen other people complain about this issue in the help section. A 10% charge on deposits are absolutely unheard of.
Please refund me this amount or send me to someone higher up who can take care of this. I do not want another automated or canon response.
