Live chat support

I think the support team are really good and quick. But for people who need urgent help, I think a live chat service should be installed. I believe Zendesk who you are with provide one to use - it would just make support quicker and at the touch of a button rather than having to wait a day or more sometimes.

This would be beneficial, and I sincerely hope you think about my suggestion.

    I completely agree - the email system is too slow and sometimes freelancers have urgent issues that need to be resolved. A live chat or phone support is vital for this type of website where we need to provide a quick and quality service to our buyers.

    I agree that a faster response to urgent queries would be better through an online chat customer service. PPH are charging enough in fees that the customer service should be much better than it is. I have been trying for several days to get my payment withdrawn to my verified account but I cant get hold of anyone quickly to find out if there is an issue. I shouldnt have to beg for money Ive earned.
