Profile keeps being blank

I have updated my profile 3 times and every time I go back in after clicking on Done it is blank!  What is going on please?

  Hi Louise,

  As per the new policies, each change you make to your profile has to be moderated by PPH.

  Once it has been moderated and accepted your changes will be visible.
