Support message not being sent?

I am trying to send you this at customer support but it is not going when I press send?

I have £250 in escrow but I can't find anyway to release this money to the designer who has done the work? I hired two people for the same job with the intention of using the best. The first wasn't great and we agreed he would stop at £150 worth and he has been paid. The second has been excellent and I want to pay him the £250 in Escrow but there is no button or anyway of transferring the money.
Please respond urgently other wise I will have to cancel the job on here, get a refund and pay him directly which I obviously don't want to do, but he needs to be paid. Thanks

  Hi Stephen, You would need to ask the seller to raise an invoice, once the invoice has been raised you may then accept it and your seller will get paid
