completed jobs showing in progress

How do i  close off completed jobs that have:
a) received payment
&
b) been given feedback on

I have an outstanding jobs completed and still showing in progress .

can this be fixed

  Hi Mark,

  Are you a buyer? The buyer has to mark the job as complete. 

  Please let me know if I can help with anything else.

  I have complete the job but show in progress list.

  I have this same issue, however the buyer closed off his PPH account so how do we get this solved?
