Paying Invoice
I am the buyer and I approved payment of the invoice to the seller. Now you tell me that I two accounts. Your request for documentation is unheard of but I will do it so the seller can be paid.
However, I want one payment to be made, $150, and you in your message say that I have two accounts - what does that statement mean, I have two accounts, and how will that affect the payment to the seller.
And since the majority of the money is in escrow, and I approve the remainder, why are you making these demands from me the buyer when I have approved the invoice and approved the payment?
I want to confirm that one payment will be made for a total of $150 and not two payments from two accounts.

Hello John
Thank you for your message.
I would like to apologise for the inconvenience and please do not worry. As per our terms and conditions, we regularly ask from our customers to provide us with their official documents so we can verify them for security reasons ( please check section 4
of our Terms and Conditions, https://www.peopleperhour.com/static/terms ), that it may take up to seven business days until your documents are reviewed by our Payments Team. There are many documents that need to be checked and that is the reason that we need those days, also you can purchase the Fast Track (fee of £4.99 / €4.99 / $4.99) to speedup the verification process. We are working hard so that our platform can be safe to host your financial transactions, asking for documents does not imply that there is something wrong, again please do not worry
Thank for patience and understanding
