    I am facing same issue, just uploaded genuine picture for profile and now i got email to resubmit application with a genuine profile picture.

    Hi Team!

    I am a new seller user and selected week option for checking my account but I had to re-submit my profile for the 3rd time as it says I don't have a genuine profile picture. I've tried 2 different pics but same message.

    Can someone please help?
