Selling Activity Suspended
So, I'm in the middle of completing project that has to be delivered within 24 hours.....
I log in this morning to find a message telling me that I have not recieved adquate feedback and that I've been suspended....and the only way start selling again, is to pay 13.95 PCM for the next three months!
The background being, I completed an almost 3 week long project yesterday morning, and invoiced - I am currently awaiting payment and feedback.
On top of that it is clear to see that I'm in the middle of another job.....
This seems rather unfair.
My acount wouldn't have been suspended had I chaged my client peacemeal for the 3 week job (invicing each item, rather than upon completion of all items), but that would have been pointless and very inefficient for both parties, particularly from an invoicing and paperwork perspective. Clearly, had I have been given some warning, I could have asked the client (who is very happy with the work completed) to provide feedback in a more timely manner.... instead now, my account has been suspended and the proposals I sent yesterday have been deleted! and I am here stuck in no man's land!
Has anyone else been in a similar situation? Is there any leeway? I have appealed and opened a ticket this morning with the support team.
(I won't even go into the fact that I've been dealing with a buyer that became agressive and hostile after he realised he accepted (and paid into escrow) my proposal amount even though he wanted the job completing for less. Or that he then moved the goal posts three times, asking for work on the job, that I had clearly stated would cost extra, as it would take longer, all the while arguing about the price he had approved and deposited. Throughout this 'dispute' I felt I've had no choice - with the threat of negative feedback looming over me - so I stayed up past midnight to break the back of the work compling mcuh more than I had clearly quoted for in my proposal, just to try to keep my ratings high and client happy - all of which is pointless if I've had my account suspended!)
