I want to Change my Payoneer Account

My Payoneer account abdulrazzak1850@gmail.com It's not approved coz name not same

 So I want to add muktamizan4@gmail.com to my PPH account. 

They are in same "USD" Currency. 

How Can I delete 1st One and Replace another??

NB: 2nd payoneer name and PPH name is same
